When a real estate agent has a mutual acceptance they then fax in the signed Washington Purchase and Sale (P&S) to Web TCS where we will start processing the transaction:

Setup & Communication :
First we learn all communication preferences with customer & client.  Then we set up all contingencies, due dates, reminders.  During the transaction we keep detailed records that date and time stamp all actions, including keeping a log of phone calls as well as email. This ensures consistent delivery of service as well as protects the transaction from liability.

We contact all parties in the transaction at a minimum weekly to ensure open communication and to anticipate any problems ahead of time.
