Web TCS, LLC Return/Refund Policy
Web TCS, LLC (“Web TCS”) has established a Return/Refund Policy for our clients (Agents, Brokers, Etc.). The Following policy is subject to change at any time without notice, please check back regularly for changes.
Web TCS, LLC Clients are required to pay $100 Initial Deposit for Transaction Coordination Services. If a Real Estate Contract receiving Web TCS' services is cancelled or fails during the transaction then the following fees apply. (The Fees will be taken off your Initial Deposit and you will receive a refund for the difference)
Cancellation fees are as follows:
(Starting from the date Web TCS receives your Contract)
1-5 days =$50 6-10 Days =$75 11+ Days =$100
For Example: Agent starts a transaction with Web TCS, and pays the $100 up front fee, and then 4 days later the Agent's client cancels the Real Estate Contract because of items found during an inspection, then Web TCS' Client would owe $50, since if failed in the 1-5 day range. Web TCS would then issue a refund of $50 to our Client. ($100 up front payment - $50 fee = $50 back to the Agent).
Web TCS Listing Services are Non-Refundable after any of the listing services have been started.
All payments are made through PayPal, and are subject to PayPal's Policies. Visit PayPal's website www.PayPal.com for more information about PayPal.
Web TCS will process your return within 5 business days (From the date you notify us of the cancellation/failure), however the actual credit may take longer to be received/posted on your account, due to processing time from PayPal and/or your own credit company.
