Is the Action List Customizable?
Yes! We start with a consultation with each new client. We want to get to know you, your business, and what is important to you so we can customize our working relationship and incorporate your personal touchpoint system.
How do we communicate?
We generally communicate by phone and email. If you are a new client we will schedule a time to discuss your business and set your communication preferences.
Do you have contact with my clients?
Yes. With your permission we see and project ourselves to your client as Your Transaction Coordinators/Team Members. All letters / touch points are pre-approved by you and sent on your behalf. All letters, emails, and phone calls are logged into the online Transaction Management Software with time and date stamps.
Privacy/Copyright Issues?
Copyright considerations and privacy will be strictly maintained for each agent and their personal marketing systems, letters, touchpoints that Web TCS may distribute on their behalf. Specifically Agents who subscribe to systems like By Referral Only® are authorized users of their marketing materials and Web TCS will maintain the privacy of those systems. Agents who have not developed their own touchpoint system can utilize WebTCS’s created touchpoints with the agreement not to reproduce, reuse or sell our materials without our written permission. No Web TCS materials may be used when not an active client of Web TCS receiving current coordinating services or on any transaction where Web TCS is not providing coordinating services.
Cost?
Our Essential service is $300 with only a $100 Initial Deposit.
