Web TCS, LLC (“Web TCS”) appreciates its current and future clients (“Clients”). To that end, this Copyright Policy is to assist you to understand what WEB TCS deems copyrighted materials on our website located at www.Web-TCS.com and what is considered copyrighted materials used by or on behalf of Clients before, during or after a real estate transaction. This Copyright Policy applies to any use of any materials created or utilized by Web TCS or its Clients. WEB TCS may change the terms of the Copyright Policy at any time. WEB TCS recommends that you review this Copyright Policy periodically to learn of new practices or changes to it.
Intellectual Property Rights
By using Web TCS’ services or website you hereby acknowledge and agree that Web TCS exclusively owns or has rights to all contents, graphics, designs, data, computer codes, ideas, know-how, "look and feel" and other matters included within this website and used by Web TCS, to all modifications and derivative works thereof, and to all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual or industrial property rights related thereto (collectively "Materials"). Except as expressly provided herein, the copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any of the Materials is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire any ownership rights to any of the Materials, you merely are granted the use of the materials for the single transaction you are paying Web TCS to coordinate for you.
Materials Owned, Used Or Created By Web TCS
Web TCS holds the exclusive right to any and all materials that Web TCS uses. Although Web TCS provides materials (cards, notes, letters, emails, Touchpoints etc…) during and after providing Transaction Coordination Services for Clients, Web TCS retains the rights to all materials used. No one has the right to use, copy, alter, recreate, decompile, or otherwise use any materials provided by Web TCS at any other time, except when receiving Transaction Coordination Services by Web TCS for a specific transaction, and then only for that specific transaction that Clients are paying Web TCS to manage. Web TCS clients paying Web TCS for services may use Web TCS provided Touchpoints, letters etc… specifically for the transaction they are paying Web TCS to coordinate. Clients may never use any Web TCS materials for any other clients or potential clients without written permission from Web TCS.
Materials Not Bearing A Web TCS Copyright
Web TCS may provide Touchpoints before, during and after a real estate transactions to Web TCS’ clients’ clients that do not bear any Web TCS name or copyright markings. This is done in order to give the appearance that the materials are coming from the Clients and not Web TCS, however this does not remove the copyrights that Web TCS carries on these materials, and they may not be used in any way for any reason outside the single transaction that Web TCS is providing services for.
Web TCS’ Use Of Client Provided Materials
Web TCS may utilize materials provided by its Clients during a transaction, Web TCS will never use those materials for any other clients or transactions without permission for the client providing those materials to Web TCS. We take your privacy and copyrights seriously, so your materials and tools are yours and we will only use them for you, and no other clients.
